- Tanjil Traders declares 30 days replacement warranty of the particular products from the purchase date.
- If the defective product has no human damage, liquid damage, over-voltage supply issue for any chargeable device in 30 days customer will get a replacement of that particular product.
- For, any purchase customer will send the defectives to Tanjil traders official address after one-day post check, if the condition is not violated Tanjil traders will deliver the product or any similar product within two days.
- If warranty conditions are violated, Tanjil Traders will send back the defectives product to its owner.
Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

ক) তানজিল ট্রেডার্স নির্দিষ্ট কিছু পণ্যের ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ৩০ দিনের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ওয়ারেন্টি দিয়ে থাকে।
খ) ত্রুটিযুক্ত পণ্যগুলির যদি কোন মানুষকৃত ক্ষতি না হয়, যেকোন তরল পদার্থের দাঁড়া ক্ষতি না হয়, কোন চার্জিং ডিভাইসের ওভার ভোল্টেজ এর জন্য ক্ষতি না হয়,তাহলে গ্রাহক কিছু নির্দিষ্ট পন্যের ক্ষেত্রে ৩০ দিনের মাঝে রিপ্লেস করতে পারবেন।
গ) শর্ত লঙ্ঘন না করে যেকোন ত্রুটিযুক্ত পন্যের ক্রয়ের পরে ক্রেতা যদি তানজিল ট্রেডার্সের অফিসিয়াল ঠিকানায় পণ্যটি পাঠিয়ে দেন, পন্যটি তৎক্ষণাৎ চেক করে ২ দিনের ভেতর অনুরূপ পন্যে ক্রেতার ঠিকানায় পাঠিয়ে দেয়া হবে।
ঘ) ওয়ারেন্টি শর্ত লঙ্ঘন করলে, তানজিল ট্রেডার্স ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য তার মালিকের কাছে ফেরত পাঠাবে।
